Service Modifications

Sraxylonax provides consultation services rather than physical products. If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to reschedule or adjust the service as needed.

Refund Policy

Refunds for consultation services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work to address any issues.

Digital Deliverables

Color palette recommendations and documentation are provided as digital deliverables. Once delivered, these materials are considered final. However, we offer one round of revisions within 30 days of delivery to ensure the palette meets your needs.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 48 hours before the appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. In case of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss options.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the service fee will not be refunded. We understand that circumstances can change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
